DZL series coal fired boiler is a fast-assembly boiler and jointly designed by Xi’an Jiaotong University, it is the national patent product of Zhongding Boiler, and the patent number is 200920088278.3. This series boiler is single drum water tube and fire tube boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and screw fire tube in the drum are convection heating area. This boiler uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The drum is welded assembly by cylinder and front back tube plate. This furnace structure in reasonable arrangement and high efficiency. This series chain grate boiler adopts several environmental protect measures (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.) to meet the national emission requirement.
This coal fired chain grate boiler uses the new scientific achievement, such as arch tube plate, screw fire tube to solve the problem of tube plate flaw, water wall tube explosion, low efficiency, insufficient output, and poor adaptability of fuel. Compare with other boilers with the same structure, the boiler has the advantages of more compact structure, more stable operation, smaller volume, faster output, and higher thermal efficiency.

1. Boiler Customization

1) Grate ---- Based on the fuel characteristics (size, humidity, and volatility, etc.), equipped with different grate, such as fixed grate, chain grate, and moving grate, etc. The chain grate could divided into small flaker grate, chain belt grate, bar grate.
2) Air Pre-heater ---- For the fuel with high humility, could equipped with air preheater, uses the waste heat of flue gas to heat the air, and improve the combustion condition, decrease heat loss form incomplete combustion heat loss.
3) Water Treatment Equipment ---- Based on the water quality, could equipped with different water treatment equipment, generally, there are soften water treatment and reverse osmosis water treatment equipment.
4) Dust Removal Device ---- Based on the requirement of dust emission in different area, could equipped with different dust removal devices (multi-tube cyclone dust catcher, bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization)
5) Electric Control Cabinet ---- Customers could choose PLC or touch screen control cabinet, also, the brand of electric elements could be designated.
6) Variable Frequency Motor ---- The boiler could adopt variable frequency water supply pump, blower fan and induced draft fan, etc., save energy and decrease operation cost.

2. High Quality
1) Zhongding Boiler owns a professional design engineer team, before manufacturing, every boiler design drawing will be approved by boiler and pressure vessel experts of CSBTS ( State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision ), and then the boiler could be produced only if qualified.
2) To ensure the raw materials quality, all the steel plates are special-used for boiler with the Inspection Certificates. The raw material materials are inspected when entering factory, and only the qualified material could be put in storage and used for production.
3) To ensure the welding quality, there a professional welding team, including more than 30 senior welders. The welding materials are stored under constant temperature and humidity, to ensure the welding material quality.
4) Nondestructive testing will be done to ensure the welding quality, by using x-ray detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic test, or penetration test, etc.
5) Hydrostatic test will be done to ensure the leakproofness and strength of boiler pressure parts, generally, the testing pressure is 12.5 times of rated working pressure.
6) All the raw materials and boilers are supervised and inspected by the experts of Inspection Institution for Boiler and Pressure Vessel. 5. Convenient Maintenance
1) The chain grate is convenient for maintenance, it could be done without boiler shut down.
2) There are manhole, head hole, and special hand hole on the boiler, convenient for boiler internal installation, inspection and clean.
The coal fuel drop down at the front of grate from coal hopper, move with the grate, after preheat dry distillation, combustion, and burnout, the slag fall into slag hopper, and then removed outside the boiler. Smoke gas mix with air sufficient and form a vortex between the front arch and back arch, at the same time, it heats the front arch and improve the ignition condition. The exhaust gas enter into the convection bank through the smoke window at the upper of arch, then enter into thread smoke tube through the front smoke chamber, finally discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan through chimney after passing economizer and dust remover.
