Customer Requirements on Heavy Oil Boiler
 
1. High Quality

Zhongding Boiler has achieved quality certificates of ISO 9001, SGS, BV, etc. Moreover, all the boilers have to pass the hydrostatic test and nondestructive test to ensure the boiler quality.
 
2. Energy Saving

By equipped with the economizer, decrease the heat loss, the thermal efficiency of Zhongding oil gas boiler could reach 98%, which can save oil gas fuel consumption.
 
3. Stable Combustion Performance and high combustion efficiency

The burner are international advanced burner, has have the advantages of high quality, combustion sufficiently, low NOx emission, and low gas consumption when atomization.
 
However, the heavy oil used by customer has high viscosity and poor atomization performance, which will effect the combustion efficiency of the burner. So, our engineer suggested to use the medium atomized burner, and equipped with heater, to ensure the high combustion.
