WDR Series Electric Steam Boiler
he thermal efficiency of industrial electric boiler reaches as high as 99%, and there is no NOx released to the air. The electric boiler with steam capacity lower than 1ton is designed as vertical structure, and higher than 1 ton is designed as horizontal type to offer sufficient steam output. The electrical control cabinet is separate from boiler body, which will not affect the boiler’s working life because of the aging of the electrical elements. The electric steam boiler adopts high quality electrical heated tube, work for about 20000 hours. It uses stainless steel electric heating tubes has high compression strength, the working life is 5~10 times longer than the common tubes.
The industrial electric steam boiler is ideal for heating, textile plant, rice mill, garment factory, utility or power plant, hospital, hotel, food & beverage, diaries, schools, chemical industry and more applications.

Boilers Structure
1. The boiler adopts stainless stell electric heating tubes, the thermal efficiency is high. No harmful gas emission, environmental friendly.
2. All the electrical components ahve CE and CCC cerfication, to gaurantee the safety operation and long working life. Each group electrical heating elements are connected by clustered flanges, has simple structure and high mechanical strength. The boiler uses high quality cartridge heater, could working for more than 20000 hours.
3. The boiler is equipped with reliable auxiliaries and multiple safety protection device, such as pressure controller, presure transmitter, water level alarm, and safety valves, etc.
4. The boiler adopts full automatic interlock protection program, has the protection function of water shortage, over pressure, over temperature, flame out, electric leakage, and phrase-lacking or over-loading of motor, etc.
Auxiliary equipment
Cartidge Heaters
The boiler adopts high quality cartidge heaters with CE and CCC certificates, could used for more than 20000 hours.
Control System
We adopt Siemens PLC and Schneider electrical components. can realize automatic interlock control to ensure boiler safe operate.
INSULATING LAYER
The boiler uses aluminium silicate board for heat preservation, has high thermal shielding efficiency and low heat loss.
WATER PUMP
We adopts the stainless vertical pump with low noise, stainless impeller and pump body.
Steam header
Standard configuration: one inlet, three outlets, equipped with pressure gauge and thermometer. It can be designed according to customers' requirement.
Water softener
It is fully automatic and free debugging. We adopts PE material for salt tank body, it has hard texture and it is easy to move, anti-shock, and no leakage.
