CDQ Waste Heat Recovery Boiler

CDQ waste heat boiler is used by coking industry, the inert gas is used as a medium to cooling high-temperature coke, the absorbed inert gas is passed to the boiler, and then fed into the coke oven by circulating fan for recycling, to achieve high-temperature waste heat recovery.

CDQ device has a good energy saving, reduce costs, reduce environmental pollution, sets of high quality coke and many other advantages. I developed this type of waste heat boiler has been widely used, it is an effective solution to the particular problem of boiler seals, wear, expansion, etc., fully able to adapt to the CDQ system load changes.

CDQ Waste Heat Recovery Boiler

1. 80% waste heat can be recovered by using the coke dry quenching technology.

2. Coke-quenching boiler operates under negative pressure. If the sealing is not good, the leaking oxygen will cause coke combustion in the coke quenching tank, and the leakage of corrosive smoke will aggravate the corrosion of the heating surface.

3. Steam produced by CDQ boiler is used for generate electricity, emissions of SO2 and CO2 comes from fuels (oil, gas, etc) combustion is reduced.

Auxiliary equipment



Carbon steel material, the diameter is bigger than common manufacturers, exhaust gas temperature is lower than others.



Use air pulse shock wave soot blower for ash removal, significantly effective, simple operation, high degree of automation.



Take use of high quality deaerator, remove oxygen from water and prevent boiler oxygen corrosion.



We adopts the stainless vertical pump with low noise, stainless impeller and pump body.

Standard configuration: one inlet, three outlets, equipped with pressure gauge and thermometer. It can be designed according to customers' requirement.

It is fully automatic and free debugging. We adopts PE material for salt tank body, it has hard texture and it is easy to move, anti-shock, and no leakage.

We adopt submerged arc fully automatic welding. When each welding process is done, the 100% X-ray inspection will be arranged for every welding seam, which can prevent the defective parts from flowing into the next process.
